Avoid exercising before bed

Exercise wakes up the body, thus preventing a good night’s sleep. Schedule your workout in the morning so it wakes up the body when it needs to and keeps the energy up.

Sleeping in the dark

Sleeping in complete darkness helps with the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that not only contributes to good sleep but also has an impact on calorie-burning processes.
