1. DON’T STARVE

The biggest mistake in losing weight is starving yourself. You may lose weight, but you actually lose muscle mass. You don’t solve the problem with fat tissue. A decrease in muscle mass also means a worse metabolism. Diet pills, teas, and shakes usually work on the brain and reduce the feeling of hunger. But the body needs food, it needs fuel. You are causing the opposite effect.

Do not apply various diets, they have short-term results and usually have a yo-yo effect. There is no perfect diet, there is a perfect way of eating. Get your body used to healthy food. You can consume healthy food in larger quantities, it will always keep you full and your health will be at an enviable level. 2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY

There is no perfect body without physical activity. There is no perfect device that will make your body fit there are only gym workouts and activities for a fitness body.

3. DO NOT PUT ANY FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH

5. DON’T GIVE UP

It will not be easy for you and your body to get used to a new way of eating and to physical activity. You need to endure the adaptation period which lasts a short time.
