People with blood type A tolerate cereals and grains well and can therefore eat them once or twice a day. Representatives of blood type A should limit the consumption of wheat. Wheat causes the production of mucus. And these people have excessive mucus, caused by asthma or frequent infections. Individuals with blood type A who consume wheat must ensure that their wheat intake is balanced. Wheat creates acid with alkaline products.
We are not talking about stomach acid here. It’s actually about the acid-base balance in your muscle tissues. People with blood type A function best when their tissues are weakly alkaline (basic). It is the complete opposite of people with blood type O. The kernel of the wheat grain is alkaline for people with type O but acidic for people with type A.
