Daily exercise is good for optimizing health. 30 minutes of exercise a day, five days a week is recommended. Whether it’s playing sports, martial arts, walking, swimming, or yoga, it’s something that should change you. To change your health and your appearance. Exercise should be your first priority if you want to have a healthy body.

Why do you exercise?

To make you feel good or because it’s fun. You exercise because you have a health problem or you exercise so you don’t have a health problem. Regardless of the reasons, exercise should be enjoyable.

Mainly the exercise is divided into three parts

AEROBIC ACTIVITIES

Exercise refers to the use of oxygen to meet energy needs during exercise through adequate aerobic metabolism. They make the heart and blood vessels healthier. They include: walking, dancing, swimming, aerobics, jogging, cycling, etc.

AEROBICS – Cardiovascular exercises that encourage the heart to pump blood and the lungs to take in more oxygen. They reduce obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke and osteoporosis.

ZUMBA – tones the body, strengthens muscles and heart health. It helps to maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system, flexibility and coordination. With zumba you burn calories, lose weight without much effort and improve your mood.

FLEXIBILITY ACTIVITIES

They increase flexibility, stability and improve joint movement. Flexibility exercises include: stretching, yoga, pilates, etc.

PILATES – a form of exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving flexibility. It improves control over your body while moving, stability and balance. Pilates is a great way to build strength and endurance.

YOGA nurtures discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness in the individual. It improves metabolism, builds muscles. Full and deep breathing increases circulation.

MUSCLE STRENGTHENING ACTIVITIES

These activities work on all the different parts of the body – legs, hips, back, chest, stomach, shoulders and arms. This includes exercises with: push-ups, abdominal exercises, lifting weights, jumps, etc.

CROSS FIT – training for strength and fitness. It consists of high intensity movements such as squatting, pulling, pushing. CrossFit training in combination with a healthy diet allows for weight loss and strength gains. The intensity depends on your fitness level and goals.

INSANITY – is a kind of “insanity” in aerobics. With it you will increase cardiovascular fitness. While losing weight, i.e. body fat, strength and muscles are being built at the same time. A program that requires great physical effort but gives perfect results.
