Equestrian sports

Training for equestrian sports, such as horse racing and show jumping, should be aimed at developing corpse muscle strength and spinal agility. Stretching exercises for the knees, hips, and back are also essential before you start riding.
The key to good riding technique is the ability to create leverage with your body in a balanced position while jumping over an obstacle or going over rough terrain.  Developing isometric strength that promotes corpse stability allows you to move in step with the horse’s movement while maintaining a strong and stable position in the saddle.  Riding requires good stability and mobility of the corpse muscles.

Strength training for strengthening corpse muscles and riding

An equestrian training program has the added benefit of applying circuit strength training.  That training is aimed at developing isometric strength.  However, other exercise programs with an emphasis on flexibility and corpse strength, such as yoga and pilates. Can also be integrated into a training program in preparation for equestrian sports activities.

Preparation

Warming up
Warming up for equestrian sports should include dynamic stretching exercises. That is similar to movements during riding.  They prepare you for strenuous activity.  Cooling down the body should include static stretching exercises to reduce muscle tension.

Isometry
Isometric exercises such as the superman exercise allow your body to stabilize and resist the force. That comes with constant changes of direction and overcoming obstacles of various sizes.

Rotation
Rotational exercises, such as the hip roll exercise, improve spinal mobility and corpse strength.  It is to maintain a stable position in the saddle while continuously changing direction.

Deviation
Corpse flexion exercises, such as lateral corpse bends, improve spinal strength and mobility.  It contributes to better posture and further creation of support during complex movements in equestrian sports.
