If you have a problem and don’t have time to go to the gym, it doesn’t mean that you can’t exercise. Physical activity is important for your body and health. It is enough to set aside at least 30 minutes a day to feel the benefits of exercise. No matter how listless, lazy, or busy you feel, exercising at home will bring you results that will motivate you to be physically active.

Exercises at home

PLANK

The plank is an exercise that activates the whole body. Stand on your elbows in a push-up position. In that position, you squeeze your whole body in intervals of 30 seconds. It is recommended if you are a beekeeper to start with a smaller interval and gradually increase it.

A STEP

This exercise activates the muscles of the lower body, especially the legs. Take a step with one leg while touching the floor with the other knee. You can do this exercise with a backward lunge or a forward lunge. Stepping backward activates the buttock muscles.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE

It is mainly an exercise for the abdominal muscles, but the muscles of the whole body are also activated. Sit on the floor with your legs bent at the knees. Take an object in your hands and place them on the left side. Move the legs to the right side at the same time, slightly raised from the floor, and pull them to the opposite side of the hands and vice versa.

A PUSH-UP

Push-ups are upper-body exercises. There are several types of push-ups, knee push-ups, biceps push-ups, triceps push-ups, etc.

SQUATS

They activate the whole body. The legs, lower back, stomach, and buttocks are the most stressed. There are many types of squats with or without weight, with or without a jump, squats with a rubber band, semi-squats or deep squats, etc.

You can do these exercises in your home even while watching TV. Exercising in the gym or working out with a trainer is indispensable, but if you don’t have the opportunity for such a thing, don’t be disappointed. You can also enjoy exercise at home.
