The paleo diet is a way of eating as it was in ancient times. You can eat meat, fish, nuts, anything leafy and green, seasonal vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds. Pasta, cereals, and sweets are not salted.
With the Paleo diet, you will eat as much as you want, and you will not count calories. you will lose weight and build muscle and a good body shape.

Eliminate all grains and legumes from your diet such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, brown rice, soy, peanuts, beans, and peas. Vegetable oils such as margarine, soybean and sunflower oils, corn, and peanut oils are also not allowed. Cut out artificial sugar, soft drinks, sweets, and juices (including fruit juices). And dairy products are not salted, except for butter.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep and do short, intense, and effective workouts several times a week.
Have an additional intake of vitamin D and probiotics, magnesium, iodine, vitamin K2 and calcium throughout the diet. You can have up to three meals a week outside of the paleo diet. Another disadvantage of the paleo diet is the intake of large amounts of protein.
However, you can try the Paleo diet for 30 days and choose whether it suits you or not. It is a good way to lose weight and a lifestyle that affects your health!
