CORE MUSCLE TRAINING AND EVERYDAY LIFE

When lifting a baby, these muscles provide stability in the lumbar part of the spine under the action of lateral and rotational forces, pride in good posture, and reduce the risk of pain and injuries to the lower part of the spine.
