Dinner for two in 15 minutes

It may seem like the healthiest eating plan takes a lot of time. This is because many meals involve cooked food. But you can enjoy preparing the meals because it won’t take you more than 15 minutes.

Grilled salmon

Here’s an example: a meal consisting of grilled salmon, fresh green salad, vegetables, and dessert.

Be sure to use a stainless steel pan. Place it under the top heater in the oven for 5 minutes. While the salmon is heating, sprinkle it with half a lemon, then season it with salt and black pepper.

Quarter carrots and broccoli florets.

Put water in a steamer and wait for the water to boil. Steam the carrots and broccoli for just 5 minutes.

The pan in the oven is already heated and put the salmon in it. Roast in the oven for a short time, about 7 minutes.

While the salmon is baking and the vegetables are cooking, wash the green leafy vegetables. Remove excess water with a salad drying tool or dry it with a towel.

The salad is seasoned with a dressing consisting of salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon. The dressing can be replaced with balsamic sauce.

Finally, you have time to wash the blueberries for dessert. Serve with 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt.

Remove the salmon from the oven. Cover the broccoli and carrots with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and lemon. Season with salt and black pepper. You will further enrich the taste with freshly grated ginger.
